To make your visit more pleasurable, Forest Hill Chase is proud to offer that little bit extra through our range of services and facilities.

Centre Management
Centre Management is located on Level 1, near Flight Centre. Our friendly staff will assist you with a range of services, including store information and directories, loan of wheelchairs and strollers, lost property and any other enquiries.

Banking
ANZ, Commonwealth and Westpac Banks have full service branches located in Mahoneys Road adjacent to Forest Hill Chase.  In addition to these branches Forest Hill Chase has a number of ATM's from various banking facilities located in the centre.  Please refer to the Directory listing for locations.

Payments made easy
City of Whitehorse Payments and enquiries can be made at the City of Whitehorse Service Centre on Level 1.
Australia Post on Level 2 offers a variety of services including account payments for Ambulance Subscriptions , Gas, Water, Electricity and Telephone Accounts.

Medical Services
If you require medical attention or medical services, The Forest Chase Medical Centre is located opposite the centre at 63 Mahoneys Road.

Salvation Army Chaplains
Forest Hill Chase provides a Chaplain Service for all staff and visitors to the Centre, offering advice, referral or a listening ear on any life issue. Details are available from Centre Management on Level 1 or you can contact Ashley Davies JP. direct on 0408 346 560.  Ashley is also a registered JP and celebrant.


Baby care
Our new Baby Care Parenting Rooms, located on Level 1 near the Food Court, is now open and level 2 opposite Melba's Cafe.
Strollers are available free of charge, however bookings are recommended by telephoning Centre Management on 9878 7111.

Highchairs are also available in the Food Court.

Facilities for Customers with Disabilities
All areas of Forest Hill Chase can be accessed by wheelchairs. A number of motorised and push wheelchairs are available free of charge whilst shopping at Forest Hill Chase. Bookings are recommended by contacting Centre Management on 9878 7111.

Parking bays are available at most entrances and several lifts take customers to all levels of the centre.

Restroom facilities for the disabled are located on Level 1 next to Amcal and Myer and Level 2 opposite Betts.

Public Telephones
Public telephones are located throughout the Centre.  Locations can be found on the Directory page.

Phone Cards
Telstra phone cards are available from Australia Post, Coles, Priceline, Safeway and Forest Hill Lotteries.
